I ordered two sets of custom wedding outfits from the US and overall had a mixed experience. The outfits were beautiful in person, but they did not fully match what I had envisioned. Communication could have been better throughout the process. For example, I asked for changes to the bridal saree design and blouse, but those requests were ignored. I also did not receive any progress photos or drawings, which would have allowed me to provide edits along the way.

One of my biggest disappointments was that the bride and groom outfits did not match in color since I had asked for it to be a matching set. My veil was also a different shade of blue from my saree and dupatta. While the saree itself was nice, I was upset since it was my bridal outfit and it wasn’t designed the way I had requested and I had no time to get another outfit or have them fix it since they showed me the finished product. I also provided my measurements with heels on but the saree was very short.

The other set of outfits was beautiful, but I still had to get it altered because the sleeves were made full-length instead of half-sleeved, as indicated in my measurements.

That said, the craftsmanship was good and the outfits looked nice in person, but I do wish my instructions had been followed more closely and communication had been smoother.

I had an amazing experience with Roop Sarees Sadan! I ordered a lehenga for my engagement, another lehenga for my wedding, and a fully custom-made outfit for my husband — all from France. I am beyond satisfied with their service. They are true professionals, and I especially want to thank Rohit for his outstanding support throughout the entire process.
