Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments and variations in lighting,
screen resolution, and fabric dyeing, minor differences in color,
embroidery, texture, or finish may occur. Such variations shall not be
considered defects.

• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
• In case of pricing or technical errors, Roop Saree Sadan reserves the

Shipping timelines provided are estimated and may vary based on location,
customs clearance (for international orders), and courier operations.
Roop Saree Sadan shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party
logistics providers.

6. No Return, No Exchange & No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Roop Saree Sadan does not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds
under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Size or fitting issues
• Color preferences or design expectations
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor variations in embroidery, fabric, or craftsmanship

to dispute, chargeback, or claim a refund.
